Our Basic Principles
● Organizational Response
With the Representative Director as the chief executive, we will not leave it to the person in charge or the field, but will ensure resolute response as a whole organization.
● Cooperation with External Specialist Agencies
We coordinate closely with the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and corporate lawyers on a regular basis, building a cooperative system in preparation for emergencies.
● Complete Severance of Relationships
We will not have any relationship with anti-social forces, including business relationships, funding, or provision of benefits, regardless of name or form.
● Legal Action Against Unjust Demands
We will take legal action from both civil and criminal aspects against unjust demands such as protection money, and firmly refuse them.
Prerequisites for All Transactions
Representations and Warranties
All customers and business partners dealing with us are required to represent and warrant that they do not fall under anti-social forces and will not fall under them in the future.
Measures Upon Violation
In the event of a violation of the above representations and warranties, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without notice and claim damages.
