Policy on antisocial forces
IKIMON Inc. maintains a policy of having no relationship with antisocial forces and conducting fair and sound organizational management.
Organizational response
The representative director bears ultimate responsibility, and the organization responds firmly rather than leaving the matter to an individual or site.
External cooperation
We cooperate with police, specialist centers, legal counsel, and other appropriate external organizations.
Complete separation
We maintain no relationship with antisocial forces through transactions, funding, benefits, or any other form.
Legal response
Unjust demands are firmly rejected, and civil or criminal legal measures are considered where appropriate.
Representations by counterparties
Customers and business partners are required to represent that they are not, and will not become, antisocial forces.
Measures for breach
A breach may result in termination without notice and a claim for damages where appropriate.
